According to Glassnode, the drop in transaction activity is leading to a decrease in fees and the amount of ETH burned, which increases inflationary pressure. As a result, 71,172 ETH (over $135 million) entered circulation over the month, and the total supply exceeded 120 million coins.
The decline in user engagement has weakened demand for the altcoin, causing it to fall by 30% over the past month.
